Spam policy
If you submit your e-mail address on this site, it is used only to send e-mail updates for the areas of interest you selected when you subscribed to e-mail updates. This site manages its e-mail subscriptions using Campaign Monitor, which has a strict anti-spam policy that conforms to and goes beyond the U.S. CAN SPAM Act of 2003. Brightbox Studio does not sell, rent or share e-mail addresses with any other third parties without your prior consent.
You can unsubscribe from Brightbox Studio e-mail updates using the unsubscribe link in every e-mail sent by this site.
Brightbox Studio only sends e-mail to those who have subscribed directly on this site or by another method conforming to the U.S. CAN SPAM Act of 2003. E-mail messages are not sent to anyone else.
Forged senders
Unfortunately, I have become aware that spam messages have been seen with the conradchavez.com domain in the return address. Those are forged sender addresses sent by spammers, not sent by this site and not connected with this site's e-mail subscriber list. This is a distressing development: I do not send these messages and spammers are using my domain name without authorization, yet the bounced messages end up in my e-mail and it reflects badly on my business. These forged sender addresses tend to contain a random string of characters before "@conradchavez.com."
It is impossible to stop spammers from making any domain name appear in the From field of an e-mail. If someone receives spam (unsolicited commercial e-mail) that contains the conradchavez.com domain name and promotes a product unrelated to the content of this site, that message uses the conradchavez.com domain name without authorization, has no relation to this site, and has no relation to this site's e-mail subscriber list.
